Free cancellation is allowed!

If you book a holiday by 15 May 2020, you can cancel your booking, change the destination to another of our resorts or change the period of stay up to 7 days before your arrival, with the possibility of postponing the holiday to 2021.

Human Company cares about your peace of mind and the value of booking a stay with the possibility of changing or cancelling without a cancellation fee!


Reception opening hours and check-in and check-out times

The reception is open daily between 08:00 and 22:00.

Check-in from 15:00 for all accommodation, or from 13:00 for the pitches.

Check-out by 10:00 for all accommodation, or by 12:00 for the pitches.

If checking out later, payment will be required the evening before departure. It is possible to request check-in before 15:00 and check-out after 10:00, with the payment of a supplement. For more details, ask at the reception or write to ipini@humancompany.com.

If arriving or leaving outside of the opening hours, the security staff will be there for check-in and check-out. At the village entrance there is a bell to contact the security staff if there is nobody at the reception upon arrival.


Required documents

Everyone staying in the hotel must be registered upon arrival, so valid identity documents are required for each person. At check-in, EU citizens need to show their identity card, and non-EU citizens need to show their passport. Photos or copies of documents will not be accepted. Documents are required for minors too.

If you are travelling with your pet, please let us know at the time of booking and bring the relevant documents and vaccination certificates with you.

Rental supplements

At the reception you can rent additional sheets and pillowcases (€2.50 for single beds and €5 for double beds) and towels (€4 per set, which includes 1 large and 1 small towel).


Breakfast and half board

In addition to accommodation, we offer a breakfast or half board service (breakfast and dinner) which is added to the room rate, at €4 and € 15 per day per person respectively. This price is valid both for reservations made in advance through our website, and for purchases made on the premises at the time of check-in.


Water park opening dates

The swimming pools are open every day 09:30-19:30, 22 May 2021 - 23 September 2021.

The swimming pool is mainly for use by guests. Non-guests may only enter if there is space on the premises. To check whether it's possible to enter, non-guests should call us on the day, after 10:30, on 0765 453349. The cost of entry is €10 for adults and €8 for children over the age of 2.


Entertainment

Entertainment activities run in the village every day from 22 May 2021 to 13 September 2021.

Transfers

The village offers a shuttle service to and from the Rome airports (Fiumicino and Ciampino), which must be booked in advance. It can transport up to 8 people and costs €110 to Fiumicino or €95 for Ciampino (one way). Alternatively, from Rome Fiumicino, we recommend taking the direct train to Fara Sabina. Upon arrival, our Family Park offers a free shuttle from Fara Sabina to our accommodation.


How to get to Rome

There are several ways to get from the village to the city centre.

The first is to use the shuttle to Fiano Romano provided by the village throughout the season, free of charge at the times that can be checked at reception, and from there you can take a Cotral bus that will take you to Saxa Rubra station (40 minutes). Then from Saxa Rubra you can take the metro to Piazzale Flaminio (15 minutes).

Alternatively, you can take the shuttle to Fara Sabina at a cost of €15 one way (up to 8 people) and then take the train to Rome from there.

Finally, if there are at least 15 people, the village offers a direct shuttle to Rome, which leaves at 10:30 and returns at 19:00.

Parking

Parking is free inside the village and in the spaces provided near the mobile homes.


Quiet hours

The village has quiet hours between 00:00 and 07:00. During these times it is not possible to drive around the premises.


Laundry

There is a self-service laundry room in the village with coin-operated washing machines and dryers.


Pet friendly

Four-legged friends are allowed in all accommodations.

If pets are brought to the accommodation, an additional €60 payment is required at all accommodations for end-of-stay cleaning. For the pitches, there is no extra fee to bring your pet with you.


Facilities for the disabled

For guests with physical impairments, there is a ramp to access the reception. There is also a bathroom with easy access at the swimming pool and accommodation without stairs.

Sport facilities and play areas

Inside the village there is a five-a-side football pitch/tennis court, a beach volleyball court, two trampolines, a mini golf course, a playground and a games room.


ATM

The village has an ATM inside the reception.


Separated waste collection

I Pini Family Park takes great care to respect the environment and the beautiful natural surroundings. Help us too by separating your rubbish during your stay. You can find the bins in the collection areas shown on the village map. If you are unsure about how to separate something, you can ask our staff.


Medical services

There is an infirmary in the village and the reception is equipped with an automatic defibrillator. In addition, a list of doctors and children's nurses who can also make home visits within the village, for a fee, is available at the reception. Contact the reception for more details.


Restaurant and bar opening hours

The village has a restaurant, central bar and pool bar.

The mini market is open 22 May 2021 - 8 September 2021. After this date the service will be available at the Bar.

Accommodation cleaning

Reservations do not include end-of-stay cleaning for the accommodation, which must be left with clean dishes, surfaces and accessories and without any rubbish. The cost of end-of-stay cleaning is €35.


Barbecues

Barbecues are permitted only using the gas stoves supplied with the accommodations that provide them. For more information, please check the details of each accommodation.
